Tournament Guidelines 10 minute grace period before forfeit 20 minute running time clock (clock stops last 2 minutes) 3 minute half-time 2 full time-outs and 2 - 30 second time-outs 1st overtime - 4 minutes (1 extra 30 second time-out) 2nd overtime and beyond - 2 minutes (1 extra 30 second time-out) 6 foul-out rule One & one on the 10th foul 2 shots on the 13th foul Technical foul given for foul language (second technical - ejection from the game) Leaving bench/fighting - ejection from the tournament
